Why BLOC Pilates? 

BLOC Pilates sessions aims to improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.  It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. So, whether you’re wanting to lose weight, tone up or compliment your existing exercise regime we can help.

 

How Long Will the Session Last? 

Our Private and Duet sessions are 45 minutes long. Our classes and corporate classes are 1 hour. In our sessions, we’ll work through our BLOC Pilates sequence. Looking to deepen our knowledge and movement practice.

 

What to Wear? 

We’d recommend shorts and T-shirt for men. Women should wear gym kit (leggings, shorts & vests)

 

What to Bring?

-Your Pilates Mat

-Small Towel

-Water

 

Do You Provide Mats? 

No, but we have a few spare just in case you forget yours.

 

Should I Eat Before your Pilates Session? 

We’d recommend eating no less than 1 hour before your class.

 

How Long Do I Have to Use My Sessions?

You’ll have 3 Months from the date of purchase.

 

Can I Cancel or Reschedule my Session?

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your session. If less than the 24 hours you will lose the full amount of the missed session.

 

Will I Have To Sign A Contract?

No, we offer block booking options to give you more discount. So, you can buy as many sessions to suit you and your budget.

Can I get a refund?

If you’ve changed your mind and haven’t used any sessions, you’ve 14 days from the date of purchase to claim a full refund.
